Marriage: 12 August 1813 Botetourt County, Virginia, USA (now Craig County, Virginia, USA) to John T. Kessler (1788 – 1861).

- Mary Elizabeth Kessler (1825 – 1916) m. John Craig Webb (abt. 1824 – 1872-1880).
- Lewis Kessler (1828 – 1864) m. Elizabeth Mary Trenor (1832 – 1895)
- Elizabeth Kessler (1832 – 1915) m. John P. Martin (1822 – 1911).
- Peter Kessler (1836 – 1913) m. Mary Margaret Surface 91839 – 1908). Peter served in the Virginia 22nd Infantry, CSA during the American Civil War.

Born: 14 April 1772 in Berkeley County, Colony of Virginia, Kingdom of Great Britain (now West Virginia, USA).
Death: 10 April 1863 probably in Virginia.
Burial: Although the gravestone has not been found, it is likely that Christian is buried in Brick Union Cemetery, since he and his wife gave the land for the church (no longer there).
Parents: Unknown.
Marriage: 11 June 1795 in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, Virginia (now West Virginia), USA to Eve Reichert (1779 – 1860).
